HRCx was retained to provide LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services for the new 40-storey office tower located at 100 Adelaide Street West in Toronto. Working together with WZMH Architects, this project for Oxford Properties Group will total 998,004 ft² and incorporate office space, retail units, and below-grade parking in a new structure, while maintaining the property’s historic façade.

This exciting project has achieved LEED Platinum certification. LEED commissioned systems include heating, ventilation, air conditioning, domestic hot water systems, lighting and lighting control systems as well as all renewable energy systems. Non-LEED commissioned systems include generators, automatic transfer switches, switchboards, distribution panels, transformers, dry type transformers, site grading, storm water management systems, natural gas service, electrical power service, irrigation system, storm and sanitary structures, communication systems, fire alarm systems, security systems, and parking control systems.
