Ryerson University – Ted Rogers School of Management

The Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University houses one of Canada’s leading business schools in the heart of Toronto’s downtown core. Designed by Zeidler Partnership Architects and Queen’s Quay Architects International, this 680,000 ft² facility features six lecture halls, two computer labs and an array of classrooms and student spaces, which are owned and operated by the University. The project also includes two floors of retail space adjacent to the Toronto Eaton Centre and three floors of underground parking, which are owned and operated by Cadillac Fairview. This necessitated dual services dedicated to the use of each unique owner. The HIDI Group provided mechanical, electrical and communications services for this Design Assist project valued at $240M.
