This 2-storey, 16,000 ft² library is constructed on top of the underground parking garage of the adjacent residential building, with completely independent mechanical and electrical systems and services. Features include VAV overhead air distribution with fan power terminal units on the main level, raised floor air distribution on the 2nd level, hydronic perimeter heating systems, energy-recovery ventilator for fresh air treatment, energy efficient pendant task-oriented lighting fixtures with daylight control in perimeter zones, and dimming control in enclosed spaces.
