President

David Sinclair is the President of The HIDI Group Toronto Office, with over a decade of experience in the commercial, educational, hospitality, institutional, healthcare, retail, mixed use, pharmaceutical, sports and recreation, arts and culture and mission critical space sectors. David brings a wealth of knowledge that covers the design of HVAC systems, fire protection, plumbing and drainage, building automation system, commissioning, energy modeling, and sustainability. His unique management style coupled with his passion for the industry is fueled by his dedication to the success of each project. His leadership and know-how has been critical to the success of many high profile projects, which include Trent University Bata Library renovation, Four Seasons Madrid, and commissioning projects such as Richmond Adelaide Centre (EY Tower), Four Seasons Los Cabos, and University of Toronto Centre for Engineering Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
