The HIDI Group is the MEP, ELV and Security Systems consultant for this interesting project which encompasses the construction of a new state of the art Engineering and Sciences Building as well as refurbishment of two existing buildings. The total project built area is approximately 40,000 m². The facility includes teaching laboratories, heavy engineering workshops, computer laboratories, study areas, classrooms, and auditoriums with faculty office space and support areas. Additionally, the project also includes external flood-lit sports courts.

We are also providing the entire lighting design for the project through Alula Lighting Design, our in-house design studio. The project is targeting an Estidama Pearl 2 rating. Project is currently under construction.
