DEM West Tower located at 2560 Eglinton Ave. West is 27 storeys with 292 units made up of studio to 4 bedroom condominium suites and boast of smart technologies. Completed in 2016.

Erin Mills Skyrise Rental tower located at 2550 Eglinton Ave. West is 25 storeys and includes 323 units a mix of studio and 2 bedroom suites with various amenities from a party room, home theatre, conference room to lounge and fitness studio. Completed in 2017.

Arc Condominiums located at 2540 Eglinton Ave. West is 19 storeys and includes 346 units made up of studios to 3 bedroom suites. This mixed-use building include residential, retail, office and unique outdoor amenities featuring a Courtyard & Plaza. Completed in 2019.

Parc Towns completed in 2019 includes 19 townhomes 3 storey, 3 bedroom units.
