FOUR SEASONS TORONTO PRIVATE RESIDENCES

The HIDI Group provided mechanical and electrical design for the Four Seasons Private Residences in Toronto.  The private residence, which is part of the Four Seasons Toronto Hotel complex, is located in Toronto’s most exclusive shopping and restaurant district of Yorkville.

 

The complex of private residences, designed by architectsAlliance, includes 2 high-rise towers which are 52 and 26-storeys high. Each tower boasts 100 luxurious condominium suites in addition to hotel space.
