A rapidly growing company and global leader in the developing and executing loyalty programs, LoyaltyOne is located in the heart of Toronto’s King East Design District in The Globe and Mail Centre.  The office space, designed by Gensler Toronto, is not what you would expect when you say the word ‘office’. The new LoyaltyOne office features floor-to-ceiling windows, in-office café, putting greens, arcade games and other luxuries such as showers for employees that bike to work. All 86 meeting rooms are equipped with the latest Cisco communication technology.

The HIDI Group provided mechanical design, electrical design and communications for LoyaltyOne's 170,000 ft² office which included floors 2-6. The project is aimed to achieve LEED Platinum certification.

The HIDI Group is the engineer of record for The Globe and Mail Centre located 351 King Street East.
