MCMASTER UNIVERSITY GRADUATE RESIDENCE

The HIDI Group is providing communications and Security for McMaster’s new Graduate Residence. Located in central downtown Hamilton, it is walking distance from the Hamilton Farmer’s market, grocery store, and many cafés, restaurants and shops.


The 300,000 ft2, 30 Story residence designed by Diamond Schmitt Architects will focus on health and wellness and includes a fitness centre, yoga and musical instrument jamming spaces, green roofs with an outdoor running track, BBQ area and lounge spaces, beautiful event spaces with communal kitchens and study or meeting spaces.


The $152 million dollar residential building is being designed with LEED Silver target and should be completed by 2023.
