Designed by HOK Canada, the Mediacom office space was designed to imitate a “brick-and-beam” building includes a two storey mezzanine area with an internal connecting staircase connecting the 27th, 28th and 29th floors together. The space was created as the company’s central employee hub, which included a lunch room, lounge and a conference facility.
40,000 ft2 office required the entire base building ceiling system be replaced with new acoustics tiles. The LAN room included an emergency power provision and state-of-the-are audio-visual equipment was selected and installed into all meeting rooms.
The HIDI Group provided mechanical, electrical and communications for the media agency’s Toronto office.
