The HIDI Group provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, audiovisual, and security for Rogers 333 Bloor - 3rd Floor Conference Centre and Agile NH Space with commissioning services provided by HRCx. The 3rd Floor of Rogers 333 Bloor building is utilized as an amenity type floor, with the west side of the floor used for a conference facility and the east side planned for hoteling area and agile project workspace and also includes a specialty area and prep kitchen, to assist the conference area.

The conference area to be used for internal training, onboarding and internal and external client meetings and includes 3 large multipurpose rooms, two 24-person rooms and two 20-person rooms, and prep kitchen. All meeting rooms have booking screen panels.

HIDI’s ELV group provided detailed audiovisual and security design services for the entire floor. The AV scope included large multi-purpose divisible conference rooms, with video projection & distributed LCD screens complete with audio pick-up and audio distribution to every participant. Digital IP video is provided through a virtual matrix that allowed any digital video signal to play out on any display device. Cisco Webex video conferencing was provisioned in every conference and meeting space. HIDI’s Security team implemented a robust Access Control and Video Surveillance system that ties into existing Rogers corporate security systems.
