Located within the historic Fairmont Royal York, hides the legendary Library Bar which for decades have served up libations to musical legends such as Ella Fitzgerald, Duke Ellington and Tony Bennett to various visiting world leaders.

The library bar is designed to be a nod to the art deco days long past and the hotels long lineages as a Canadian landmark for railcar travel. Primarily a designed to be a haunt of cocktail seekers, the bar hold true to its nostalgic past.

The HIDI Group provided electrical and communication design for the Library renovation. HIDI has a long history with the library bar as the firm was involved with the prior renovation in 2001.
