The HIDI Group provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and communications design services for the new 130,000 ft² Scotiabank office located on five floors within Brookfield Place.  The designed by Jerilyn Wright and Associates, the office included typical offices, open office space, meetings rooms, kitchens, copier rooms, and a trader’s floor were developed to consolidate all Scotiabank staff. An interconnecting staircase unites the floors together.

The Scotiabank office also includes numerous meeting rooms with full A/V systems, detailed architectural lighting systems design complete with addressable lighting controls for automated and manual control.  An on-site server room c/w redundant UPS systems and pre-action sprinkler system.  New cable tray system for the distribution of the network cabling.
