Secure Energy relocated to Brookfield Place in 2020, taking three complete floors, about 65,000 sq ft for their office needs.

The space encompasses an extensive bistro area adjoining to expandable multi-purpose training areas by use of movable partition systems. Special considerations were applied for the heating and cooling needs of such a flexible space, as were the lighting, lighting control and AV needs.

Unique lighting and HVAC concepts were used to compliment the architectural and interior design features and were integrated into the overall design concepts.

Electrical power distribution, communication, security and AV were all designed in house, as were the plumbing and HVAC.
