Principal

Raymund Tse is a Principal at HIDI with over 30 years in the consulting engineering field. His years of experience has honed his expertise in the design of energy efficient heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, the design of plumbing, drainage and fire protection systems as well as water and special extinguishing systems. He also possesses a wealth of knowledge in building renewal and infrastructure upgrade. Raymund’s project understanding spans various sectors including institutional, healthcare, critical facilities, commercial and residential. Raymund has led such projects as Rogers Communications’ 333 Bloor Street Renewal and 1 Mount Pleasant Road, Huntley and Isabella Expansion, Rogers 8200 Dixie Road, Revenue Canada Building in Hamilton, 222 Jarvis Street Renewal, Mohawk College Justice and Wellness Centre, Minto Midtown Residential Development, and Limelight Residential Development.
