The HIDI Group was the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ELV/IT/AV and Security compliance consultant for this 186,000 m² facility valued at AED 800 million (USD 215 million). The development, which includes a Novotel hotel, is located in Dubai, UAE, and was designed by Khatib & Alami with interiors by Imotives. The project features a hotel and serviced apartments tower (operated by Novotel), a residential tower, and an office tower on a common podium.
