The HIDI Group provided mechanical and plumbing design for the Bell Canada Creekbank Phase III Class A corporate office building in Mississauga, Canada. Designed by B+H Architects, the 5-storey, 350,000 ft² facility, with 290,000 ft² of below-grade parking, is part of a larger 18 acre complex that is connected to the existing buildings at sub-grade level. As part of the scope some of the services we provided included HVAC, Plumbing, Standpipe System, Fire protection and BAS. The project, which included a full tenant fit-out, achieved LEED Silver certification.
