The HIDI Group provided Electrical, Audiovisual, and Lighting design services for the Bond at Bankers Hall.

Banker’s Hall is a Twin Tower office complex located in downtown, Calgary, Alberta. The two towers, completed in 1989 and 2000, rest on top of a shared podium where the new Bond at Bankers Hall serves as a much needed revitalization to the iconic office complex.

This brand new 37,300 ft² state-of-the-art facility is made up of a hospitality focused tenant lounge, technology-enabled conference rooms, a conference bar, auditorium, and full-service fitness centre, offering sophisticated amenities that enhance the workplace experience.

The lighting and AV design seamlessly blend both discreet, functional, and statement decorative fixtures, complimenting the multifunctional and dynamic facility’s unique and innovative approach to office lounge space. Architectural lighting solutions are designed to emphasize the materiality of each space, creating a harmonious and beautifully lit spaces that allow for striking decorative fixtures to take centerstage.

The facility also features advanced lighting and AV controls, enabling scene adjustments designed to suit and enhance the multifunctionality of many of the facilities spaces.
