Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, CampusOne is the newest 800-bed student residence, affiliated with the University of Toronto. The building includes spacious urban living with state of the art amenities. The podium also includes third party retail areas. CampusOne is situated directly across the street from University of Toronto’s main St. George Campus and walking distance to both Ryerson University and OCAD U.

Security design for this building includes access control and video surveillance for multiple building occupants, with security managed from two security desks located on the ground and second floors to serve occupants.

Video surveillance of all corridors and amenity areas ensure that residents are safe and secure at all times.
