CBRE relocated to the 32nd floor of Eighth Avenue Place in Calgary AB, taking approximately 15,000 square feet of newly renovated space.

Throughout the duration of design and construction, CBRE was targeting a WELL v2 Platinum Certification, which was awarded in August 2022. The HIDI Group provided electrical engineering services, including extensive lighting design services and calculations in a joint effort with the entire design team to achieve WELL v2.

Challenges in gathering information and details of the provided base building fixtures was overcome by discussions with manufacturers and suppliers. The power system included a new panel for the space, with extensive AV and security rough-ins. Switched glass surrounds the main boardroom and is integrated with the AV system.

CBRE is the second project in Canada to be awarded Well v2 Platinum Certification.
