CBRE CANADIAN HEADQUARTERS

CBRE’s Canadian Headquarters was designed with a people focus approach.  The aim was to make CBRE’s HQ one of the healthiest and most progressive offices in Canada. Designed by HOK, the space promotes communication and collaboration as well as the values and position of a leading commercial real estate service.

 

The HIDI Group provided mechanical, electrical and communications for this 37,000 ft² tenant fit-out. CBRE HQ is pursuing LEED Gold certification as well as submitting for WELL certification.  In 2017 it claimed the ARIDO Award of Merit for its interior design.
