Fairmont Raffles Hotels International is a global hospitality management company based out of Toronto, Canada. Some of the brands under its banner are Fairmont, Raffles, and Swissôtel. Collectively includes more than a 100 hotels and resorts in over 30 countries worldwide.

The HIDI Group provided electrical and communications services for this LEED Gold certified project. This 75,000 ft² tenant fit-out project pursued an aggressive energy management program and included a large computer room and laboratory to support the renowned hotel chain’s IT requirements.
