The stunning ultra-luxury Four Seasons One Dalton is valued at approximately $750 million and offers 200 guest rooms on the lower floors, with 100 branded residences on the upper levels of the 63-storey tower.  Visible from all around Boston, concept Architect Pei Cobb Freed teamed up with Cambridge Seven Architects to deliver the third tallest building in Boston, and the tallest residential building in New England.

The HIDI Group provided Full Network Integration (PBX, Network, Wi-Fi, IPTV, Cellular DAS, PTT Radio, Staff Communications and Guestroom Automation) for the Four Season Hotel and Residential development. We also provided Communications and Security Peer Review, in addition to Threat, Risk and Vulnerability Assessment. Challenges overcome included managing services inside the small core of the slender tower and segregating Residential and Hotel services. Our partner firm, Electro Media Design provided Audiovisual Design services.
