The HIDI Group provided electrical design for the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto Guest Room Renewal, lighting was provided by ALULA Lighting Design.

The project was encompassed within two phases, the first, model room construction and evaluation and the second phase, the rollout of the design to 259 guestrooms, made up of217 standard rooms, 32 executive suites, 6 one bedroom suites, 2 two bedroom suites and1 presidential and 1 royal suite.

Our scope included the addition of new or relocated receptacles, distribution for new accent lighting and lighting controls. ALULA worked closely with the Interior Designers and HIDI’s electrical team on the specification of guestroom light fixtures, verification of light sources and light levels, and developed lighting control design and sequencing for the guest room update.
