The HIDI Group was the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and ELV design consultant for this 175,000 m2 residential development in Baku, Azerbaijan.

 

The project features 50 and 30 storey towers standing above an 8-level common podium with 3 basement levels. Valued at approximately AED 400 million (109 million USD), the project is designed by DSA Architects and is the tallest building in Baku.
