Harbour Plaza Residence is located at 1 York Street in Toronto’s newly developed South Core Financial District and is a perfect example of a mixed-used community tying together retail and residential. Constructed by The Menkes Development, the development comprises of two towers at 65 storeys and 69-storeys, with a total square footage of 1 million ft². A shared podium separates the two residences from a commercial office tower (office tower not part of the Harbour Plaza Residences development).
Designed by architectsAlliance and Sweeny & Co. Architects, the development features lakeside living and is connected to the city’s PATH network. A 5-storey podium designed by Cecconi Simone houses the buildings’ exquisite amenity spaces, as well as fitness and leisure facilities. The HIDI Group provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and energy services.
