The ÏCE Condominiums developed by Lanterra Developments and designed by ArchitectsAlliance, are located in the heart of Toronto’s downtown core.  The two high-rise towers stand 664 and 768 feet tall, with 57 and 67 floors and a total of 1300 units amongst the two towers. The north tower is currently the 9^th tallest building in Toronto and 12^th tallest in Canada.  The condominium boasts a state-of-the-art fitness centre, yoga studio, spa, board and party rooms as well as  an indoor pool with jacuzzi. The towers have direct access to the PATH Connection linking to Maple Leaf Square Mall.

The HIDI Group provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and lighting for the 1.1 million ft² condominium complex. The mechanical design included the inclusion of fan coil systems in each suite and air handling units serving the residential corridors, amenity areas and pool. Cooling would be provided by electric chillers and heating by gas fired hot water boilers.  In addition to the electrical scope, the team added dimmer control switches to the exterior light fixtures in the ground courtyard area and added exterior roof light fixtures, provided power connections and location for the exterior Public Art lighting.
