The HIDI Group were initially appointed to carry out a peer review of the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design for this B+G+14 storey, 65,600 m2 hotel project. Subsequently, The HIDI Group were appointed to redesign the HVAC and power distribution systems, as well as carry out the complete design of ELV/IT, Security, AV and Specialist Lighting systems.
