Tenant Services Mechanical, Associate

Jessica Iseman is an Associate within HIDI’s Tenancy Mechanical team, bringing over eight years of experience in the engineering industry. Her diverse background spans project management, mechanical design, and construction documentation across a wide range of sectors, including transit stations, maintenance, waste and service facilities, airports, arenas, and residential developments.

Jessica has extensive expertise in the design and coordination of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, with a strong focus on developing practical, efficient, and sustainable building solutions. She is highly proficient in industry-leading software including Hourly Analysis Program (HAP), AutoCAD, and Revit, and is skilled in preparing and reviewing engineering calculations, technical specifications, and building plans throughout all phases of project delivery. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University (2018) and is a LEED Accredited Professional  with Building Design and Construction specialization. Her technical expertise, collaborative approach, and commitment to excellence enable her to consistently deliver high-quality results for clients and project teams alike.
