KEMPINSKI RESIDENCES BUSINESS BAY

The HIDI Group is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing design and supervision consultant for this 63-storey, 801-key project in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE, which is compliant with LEED Certified accreditation requirements.

 

This 215,000 m2 5-star serviced hotel apartments development, designed by Aedas, features extensive wellness facilities (including a large gym, squash court, multiple pools and spa) and three restaurants/lounges. The project includes 5,200 TR cooling via district cooling system and 26 MW TCL.
