Adjacent to Toronto Public Library’s 99th branch Fort York the building also includes 2,300 ft² of retail in addition to amenities such as fitnesss studio, meeting and multi-purpose rooms.
The HIDI Group provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and energy services for the 240,000 ft² tower footsteps from Toronto’s historic Fort York.
