Limelight
LIMELIGHT

The HIDI Group provided mechanical, electrical and lighting* design for the Limelight mixed-use project designed by Kirkor Architects. The development consists of 23-storey and 33-storey towers atop a 6-level podium, including a gymnasium, fitness studio, party room, theatre, sports lounge/bar and outdoor terrace space. Thirty townhomes and 3 levels of underground parking are additional project components. Phase II of the development will incorporate over 13,000 ft² of commercial space.
