Located in Oxford Properties’ new 31 storey Water Park Place III, RBC’s new headquarters is a sophisticated and environmentally sensitive work environment created to suit the evolving needs of one of Canada’s largest financial institutions. Designed by Kearns Mancini, the new office spans more than 660,000 ft² and includes both hoteling and agile workspaces to meet the needs of its 4000+ employees.
The HIDI Group provided mechanical design for the $80 million dollar headquarters fit-out which included a full fit-out on the ground floor (500 seat auditorium), floors 3-7 (podium), floors 8-24 (partial floors); floor 31 (conference centre and dedicated executive meeting spaces), and basement levels P1 and P2 (storage facilities). The new RBC Headquarters is targeted for LEED Gold.
