TRANSCORP HILTON LAGOS

The Transcorp Hilton, Lagos will be a 300 room hotel located in Ikoyi, Nigeria. The 20-storey hotel tower and 21-storey office block, designed by iconic designer Perkins Eastman, will offer conference facilities, meeting rooms, gym, spa, swimming pool, restaurants and bars, ballrooms, fitness spaces, business centre and meeting rooms, as well as 5 levels of above-ground parking.

 

The HIDI Group is providing Extra Low Voltage (communications, voice, data and wireless) consulting as a sub-consultant to Electro-Media Design for this 646,000 ft² project valued at $110 million USD.
