The HIDI Group provided mechanical, plumbing, lighting and electrical site development and shell building design services for 7 separate buildings totaling 60,590 ft².  This project required the coordination with utilities for new gas, water, electrical and communication services, tenant power distribution, fire alarm system design, elevator systems coordination and design and life safety systems design.  The exterior lighting design was a key feature that exemplified the success of this project.  This project was completed using BIM/Revit.

LED lighting systems were used extensively throughout the project as a means to reduce energy usage and well as extend the life of the system.
