The HIDI Group is the MEP, ELV, Security and Lighting consultants for this 165,000 m², 4B+78 Storey, 5-Star Hotel and Serviced Apartment project located in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

The project is another successful collaboration between us, Aedas, who are the Lead Consultant and Architect, and the world renowned HBA, the Interior Designers.

In view of the small plot size viz a viz the height and BUA of the Tower, the power distribution system is based on distributed transformers located on various MEP Floors. This strategy has released valuable space on the Grand Floor for FOH use, while reducing construction cost on account of Medium Voltage distribution.
