Principal, Building Performance & Commissioning

Alex is a Principal with over 16 years of experience dedicated to improving the built environment through energy reporting and the quality focused building commissioning process. He has acted as the Commissioning Agent for a diverse range of projects, including new construction, tenant fit-up, existing building commissioning, energy audits, building analytics, and ongoing commissioning. Alex has also successfully provided energy modelling, utility bill analysis, carbon emissions analysis, PV array sizing, and sustainability certification consulting services. Across all services, Alex seeks to provide cost-effective and practical solutions to the issues facing leading-edge high performance buildings. Alex has had exposure to multiple building sectors, including mission critical, leisure and recreation, emergency services, residential high-rise, public transportation, retail, commercial, and schools.
