Bill Lazarakis is a Principal at HIDI with over 20 years of experience in tenant services, specializing in tenant retrofit projects, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and drainage system design. Bill’s leadership and client-focus approach continues to steer the HIDI tenancy team through high-profile projects in the commercial and retail space. Some of the projects Bill has been involved include Cicso Toronto, OMERS Head Office, Capital One, and RBC Headquarters at RBC WaterPark Place III.
