Principal

Conor Caulwell is a Principal with over 14 years of experience, both in Canada and internationally. His extensive background in the design of HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing and drainage systems, along with his design experience in the indoor cultivation, lab and pharmaceutical, food and beverage, research and development industries, education, secure residential and commercial facilities makes him an asset to the HIDI team. Conor has been the lead on many high profile projects, including MDA’s Space Robotics Centre of Excellence, University of Toronto’s University College Revitalization, Hyatt Place Niagara Falls, Bata Shoe Factory, and many more.
