Dubai, UAE – August 30, 2016

Dubai’s flagship YOTEL Hotel, for which The HIDI Group is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and ELV design services, has broken ground. The 750,000 ft² hotel is scheduled to open in 2018 and will feature 582 affordable ‘smart cabins’ and serviced apartments and amenities such as co-working and meeting spaces, a gym and a luxury pool deck. Only three other YOTEL hotels, found in New York, London and Amsterdam, are currently operational.
