RBC WATERPARK PLACE III ACHIEVES LEED PLATINUM CERTIFICATION

RBC WaterPark Place continues to raise the bar for development in Canada. It is the first commercial tower in Toronto to achieve LEED Platinum Core and Shell Certification. Employing the highest standards in sustainable design, features include heat reclamation on ventilation units, a dedicated outdoor air system, energy-efficient lighting, low-flow fixtures for 35% water reduction usage, low emitting building materials, deep lake water cooling, a 7,500 square metre green roof. The project has also achieved an Energy Star rating of 100.
